What materials do you use?

We use high-quality steel grades such as E355, CK45, C45, and 42CrMo4, ensuring durability, strength, and performance across all our chrome plated bars, rods, and tubes.

What sizes are available?

Our standard manufacturing range covers diameters from 20 mm to 100 mm and lengths up to 6.42 meters. Custom sizes outside this range can also be provided on request.

What is the surface finish?

All our products have an exceptionally smooth surface with:

Roughness: Ra ≤ 0.2 micron, Rt ≤ 3 micron
Straightness: better than 0.25 mm/meter
Out-of-Roundness & Lobbing: within defined tolerances

Yes. We provide chrome plated tubes with ID tolerance and smooth cold-drawn finishes, suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Honed tube solutions can be offered based on requirements.
